NOT is one of the first players in the industry to use low-carbon zinc. This is supplied by Boliden in Odda – which has the world’s most climate-efficient zinc production. The zinc, extracted using clean energy, significantly reduces the carbon footprint compared to other alternatives available in the market.

The surface of the steel is cleaned through the following pre-treatment process: cleaning in degreasing bath and HCL pickling bath. Next in line is a rinsing bath, followed by a bath containing Florflux, a binding agent to ensure that the zinc bonds with the steel. The steel is then allowed to dry. Finally, the pre-treated steel is dipped in a bath of zinc..

We have two overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 12.8 tons per crane. The maximum lifting capacity for structures is 25.6 tons.
