Norsk Overflate Teknikk AS acquires the IKM Haaland AS powder-coating facility in Vigrestad

The new company name will be NOT Pulverlakk Haaland AS and the take-over will come into effect in the week of 6–12 August. The staff of the powder coating company will be offered the opportunity to continue in their positions under the new company name.

Norsk Oveflate Teknikk AS continues to grow and has identified significant opportunities in the new facility. The recent take-over is part of the ongoing strategy to cultivate the onshore and offshore markets. Working closely with our customers, powder-coating commissions for offshore installations have generated particularly good results. NOT Pulverlakk Haaland AS will allow NOT to complement its range of services, particularly in the fields of surface treatment and powder coating.

Ivar Salte, currently general manager of NOT Pulverlakk AS, will also have responsibility for running the new company.
